 School is in full swing and the weather is turning colder.... Are you prepared?  We currently have a large inventory of cold weather items: sweatshirts, sweaters, fleece jackets, long sleeve shirts, and long pants for both boys and girls.  Remember, in all classes, students will only be allowed to wear "official" Sacred Heart outerwear with the proper logos.  Inventory totals have recently been updated.

How does this process work?

If your child has outgrown their current uniforms, send them to school along with a Uniform Exchange Form.  You will receive credits equal to the dollar amounts listed on this site for the items.  You must include the form to receive credits.  The clothes go through many helpers' hands before they are inventoried.  The forms are the only way we have to know who turned which items in.

A few helpful tips about donations:
 Please: 1) wash & repair clothes first; 2) if badly stained, do not donate; 3) if monogrammed, used seam ripper to remove personalization; 4) if size tag is missing, mark the size somewhere (pocket flaps work well); 5) if you have removed belt loops, use seam ripper to get them off cleanly without holes; 6) consider donating some 1 gal. Ziploc bags to the exchange.  The golden rule:  Make the donations look like something you would want to purchase! 

If you wish to purchase used uniforms, look at the current inventory to see if we have the item and size you need.  If so, send in a Uniform Request Form with your child, or use the Online Form, and we will contact you.  If you have credits on file, they will apply toward your purchase.  If not, you may pay by check made out to Sacred Heart School.  Orders will be sent home with your child.
